On April 21th, Huadong Medicine three and ten employee (member) representative meetings and Huadong Medicine a trade union member ( employee ) congress was held. At the meeting, Li Bangliang, chairman of the board of directors of the joint stock company, made an administrative work report entitled "persist in the organizational revolution, optimize the enterprise ecology, accelerate the technological revolution, and enhance the development momentum". The meeting has the first “ basic law” of Huadong medicine; “ Huadong medicine basic law” is company’s important rules and regulations, which is the basic code of conduct that every east China medicine person must follow and abide by. In the end, the group president Jin Xuhu, and Tan Dupin, the director of Hangzhou industrial union, had made important speech.
With the joint efforts of all the representatives, the general assembly has successfully completed the set agenda.
